Weekend Warrior | Running Towards the Beautiful Game

It has been 104 days since I last played football (or soccer, as many in Singapore call it). My weapon of choice, the adidas X19.1 FG boots from the adidas 302 Redirect Pack, has been temporarily stored away. They are unable to serve their primary purpose for the foreseeable future, as we patiently await the resumption of sports in Singapore in Phase Two (“Safe Transition”).

Weekend Warrior | The Runner’s Mindset

Deep breaths, occasional grunting, the sound of legs shuffling and shouts of “slow runners keep left!” For some, this is music to the ears. While most Singaporeans were sound asleep, enjoying a quiet Saturday night with family and friends or out partying, close to 25,000 runners gathered to participate in the 12th edition of the OSIM Sundown Marathon 2019.
